Routine preventive maintenance of generators are carried out on due dates:
Non-Routine maintenance and repair of faulty generators are efficiently and accurately diagnosed and timely prepared.
Replacement parts are top and original quality.
Radiators are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure free circulation of air and prevent corrosion and where necessary, the interior of the Radiator de-scaled to remove clogs and sediments; and
Used and replaced lubricants and filters are disposed off in an environmentally acceptable manner.
JANITORIAL AND CLEANING SERVICES
Internal Cleaning of BTS Sites:
All equipments to be regularly cleaned to remove dust, oil stains, etc;
Inside perimeter to be regularly weeded and cleaned to remove packaging materials, animal wastes and debris;
All oil and diesel stained gravel to be regularly replaced;
Fumigation of the site to be carried out on a regular interval.
External Cleaning of BTS Sites
The external environment of the BTS site to be regularly swept and cleaned;
Pathway to the BTS site to be regularly weeded to ensure un-impeded movement and reduce the risk of dangerous rodents thriving in the area;
utside perimeter of the BTS site to be weeded and cleaned at least 2 meters from the perimeter fence.
